I accept tried downloading the installation plan multiple times from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15106 and when I try to offset the installation it but closes without progressing or showing any error messages.

Compatibility mode: It was suggested to me that I should try to run the installation in Windows 7 Compatibility fashion and running the installation every bit an administrator, merely it didn't assist.

Command prompt & tricks: It was suggested to endeavor this: "On the "Start" menu, click "Run".
In the "Open" box, type"msiexec /unreg", and so printing ENTER.
On the "Beginning" card, click"Run".

It could be that your antivirus application is blocking the installation of the software. May nosotros know if there are any tertiary-party antivirus applications installed on your device?
