Can't place my Ammo Converter

I already accept the Ammo Converter redeemed from the Diminutive Shop, and then that's non it. I accept space in my camp, nothing stored. All the materials to build it, but it won't let me place it. It just has the "🚫" next to the atom logo. In that location'due south no message for when I attempt to place it. Am I doing something wrong?

Try going into the Atoms Shop and equipping information technology. Click on it then the petty symbol shows up in the top left of the item.

You lot either claimed it terminal flavor, or currently you buy the plan off of Sunny/Mortimer I forget which i forsure.

Make sure you read the plan if you lot didnt get it concluding season.

Now question, did y'all unlock it in the scoreboard just forgot to merits information technology? Because a lot of posts like the one you did are usually considering of that. They unlocked information technology but never claimed information technology.

I don't retrieve which faction sells it for gold at present, just information technology'due south worth checking out. If the plan for it says "known" and so it must be a bug and y'all should I contact support.

But if it doesn't say "known" then it means you don't know the program for it.

That may be information technology. Didn't play much first season. I leveled up just I don't remember claiming anything. Thought they would be auto-claimed.

Same here. I tried the suggestion that u/nugget_munchies made, only I don't see it in the shop anymore. I missed the first flavor so I bought information technology from the store instead and now I tin't even place it.

Nope. Basically, if you didn't claim your rewards while the season was going on, y'all can NEVER get them. Sucks because in that location'due south obviously proof in the code somewhere that we have it unlocked...don't know why we can't utilise information technology.
